Ayurvedic Practitioner Services

The word “Ayurveda” means the science of life, it is a science that provides you with great self-awareness which leads to greater self-care in order to fulfill your God-given purpose.  It is the traditional natural medicine of India dating back to over 5,000 years ago.  According to Ayurveda everyone is uniquely designed by God and therefore each person needs unique care - there is no one-size-fits-all medicine.  As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Practitioner, I am able to help you discover you.  In an Ayurvedic evaluation, I determine the elemental qualities that make you, you (also known as your Ayurvedic Body Type), and what elemental qualities within nature help to keep you in balance which equal health, and which elemental qualities lead you to imbalance which lead to dis-ease. Some examples of the elemental qualities within nature would include the foods you eat every day, spices, herbs, and the different qualities that arise with each season.

The art and science of Ayurveda help us to unravel the hidden truths and mysteries of how our Creator fearfully and wonderfully made each one of us.

What is Ayurveda?

What does it mean?

What are the Doshas?

Doshas are also known as mind-body types, which are subtle energies that cannot be perceived but that express particular patterns ~ unique blends of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics making each living being unique.

The Doshas are the agents of DNA  found throughout the body and the mind, providing every living being with an individual blueprint for health and fulfillment.
